Creamy italian chicken

  1. Place the chicken in a 3qt slow cooker
  2. Combine salad dressing mix and water
  3. Pour over chicken
  4. Cover and cook on low 3 hours
  5. In a small mixing bowl; beat cream cheese and soup until blended
  6. Stir in mushrooms
  7. Pour over chicken
  8. Cook 1 hour longer or until the chicken juices run clear
  9. Serve over pasta or rice
