Buttermilk-Brown Sugar Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in blender and mix until creamy, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Top with almonds and cinnamon.
  5. Bake until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
  6. Cool.
  7. Cover and refrigerate until set.
  8. Serve chilled.
