Quick & Easy Taco Soup
- 15 12 ounces pinto beans
- 15 12 ounces black beans
- 15 12 ounces kidney beans
- 15 ounces corn
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cansdel monte diced tomatoes (Basil, Garlic and Oregano flavored)
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 1 ounce hidden valley ranch salad dressing
- 1 ounce old el paso taco seasoning mix
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb deer sausage (or ground beef)
- Brown meat in a stock pan.
- Drain meat.
- Add all ingredients to the stock pan with the meat.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hr.
