Vanilla Cake Pops!
- 1 Homemade Vanilla Cake (from box or scratch-
- 1 cup Vanilla Icing (homemade or store bought)
- 2 cup Dark/Milk/White Chocolate Melted
- 1 Lolipop Sticks
- 1 Sprinkles (optional)
- 1 Syrofoam
- A day before needed bake your cake
- On day cake is made and has cooled crumble the cake well in a large bowl
- Mix in icing (May need more or less so add in a little at a time) you do not want to drown the crumbled cake in icing
- Have the consistency enough to roll them into small balls and will keep their shape
- Line a tray with parchment/wax paper
- Roll cake /icing mixture into small balls and place on tray
- Dip the tip of the lollipop stick in a little melted chocolate and stick them halfway through cake balls
- Place in fridge for a day to ensure they harden enough
- Take them out the next day and dip them in melted chocolate and place them upright on some styrofoam and sprinkle or drizzle with more chocolate right away
- Place in the fridge to allow chocolate to harden and enjoy!
