Gordon Ramay's Thai Beef Salad

  1. For the dressing combine first 7 ingredients, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Roast or grill the beef to desired temperature, rest and slice.
  3. To serve, mix the salad greens, mint and cherry tomatoes together and rest the beef on top.
  4. Drizzle with the sesame oil and dressing.
