Mizuna Salad with Tofu Dipping Sauce

  1. Drain the tofu.
  2. Chop mizuna greens into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Break the tofu apart with your hands, and put into a bowl.
  4. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
  5. Spread out the mizuna greens onto a serving dish.
  6. Top with the dip made in Step 2, and enjoy.
  7. Also good with daikon sprouts, shredded lettuce, and thinly sliced tomatoes.
  8. I recommend serving shiso leaves with tomatoes!
