Chayotes and Chiles with Stuffing

  1. Cook and stir garlic in butter in medium saucepan on medium heat 2 min.
  2. Stir in water, chayotes, carrots and chiles.
  3. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  5. Remove from heat; cover.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. ; fluff with fork.
