Warming Winter Soup

  1. Combine all ingredients, except broccoli and oregano in a saucepan, bring to the boil, reduce to simmer and cook 45 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli and oregano, cook for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Remove bacon bones and serve.
