Moroccan Roast Beef

  1. In a bowl, combine the picante sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix well.
  2. Place the roast in slow cooker and pour sauce over it.
  3. Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours.
  4. Delicious served over couscous, with a green salad on the side.
