Moroccan Roast Beef
- 1 jar Picante Sauce
- 13 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole 2-3 Lb Beef Roast
- In a bowl, combine the picante sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar and mix well.
- Place the roast in slow cooker and pour sauce over it.
- Cook on LOW setting for 6-8 hours.
- Delicious served over couscous, with a green salad on the side.
