Summer Corn and Peach Pitas

  1. Bring 6 cups salted water to a boil.
  2. Add corn, and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Drain, rinse under cold water, and drain again.
  4. Toss corn with peaches, arugula, chervil, feta, shallot, lime juice, and oil in large bowl.
  5. Fill each pita half with 113 cups corn-peaches mixture.
