Green Mayonnaise Recipe
- 2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. finely minced raw spinach
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh tarragon or possibly 1 heaping teaspoon dry
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh chives or possibly 1 heaping teaspoon dry
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley or possibly 2 level tbsp. dry
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Mix well and put in blender on low speed for very short time (just till ingredients are distributed.
- Otherwise mayonnaise may separate.
- Refrigeratein refrigerator at least 2 hrs before using.
- The proportion of herbs, greens, and mustard may be changed or possibly you may increase all except mayonnaise, (I put in a little more spinach and mustard) depending on taste.
