Green Mayonnaise Recipe

  1. Mix well and put in blender on low speed for very short time (just till ingredients are distributed.
  2. Otherwise mayonnaise may separate.
  3. Refrigeratein refrigerator at least 2 hrs before using.
  4. The proportion of herbs, greens, and mustard may be changed or possibly you may increase all except mayonnaise, (I put in a little more spinach and mustard) depending on taste.
