Parmesan Crusted Salmon

  1. Blend breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and onion powder on a flat plate
  2. Add olive oil to mixture.
  3. Make sure mixture is coated well.
  4. Coat salmon fillets with mustard using a brush and then add salt and pepper to season.
  5. Transfer coated salmon fillets to the bread crumb mixture and coat both sides evenly.
  6. Add coconut oil to a skillet on medium heat.
  7. Place salmon fillets on skillet and cook till both sides are golden brown.
