Low-Cal Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 2 cups roasted red peppers
- 1 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise
- 12 cup Kraft sun-dried tomato salad dressing
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, sliced into 3 inch pieces
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- Blend first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Cut top off red pepper, remove seeds and membrane, wash and dry.
- Spoon dip into hollowed red pepper, chill in refrigerator 1 hour.
- Serve with cut veggies and crackers for dipping.
