Lemon Apple Salad

• 1 (3 ounce) package lemon gelatin
• 1 12 cups boiling water
• 12 cup sour cream
• 1 medium apple, quartered cored, and grated

1. Dissolve gelatin in water.
2. Blend in sour cream.
3. Chill till partially set.
4. Fold in grated apple; pour in 3 cup ring mold.
5. Chill till set.
