Milk Caramel Icing
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tablespoons milk
- In a small saucepan, melt butter.
- Add brown sugar.
- Cook over low heat 2 min., stirring constantly.
- Add milk.
- Continue cooking until mixture boils.
- Remove from heat.
- Gradually wisk in powdered sugar.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- If necessary, thin with few drops of milk.
- Spread on cooled cake quickly.
