Dole China Sun Pork Recipe

  1. Drain pineapple, reserve 3 Tbsp.
  2. juice.
  3. Mix juice with 1/2 c. water, soy sauce, cornstarch, vinegar and pepper; set aside.
  4. Cut pork in strips.
  5. Brown pork, add in garlic and ginger root.
  6. Add in carrots and onion, cook in 1 minute.
  7. Stir sauce, add in to pork with pineapple, bell pepper and snow peas.
  8. Cook till sauce boils and thickens.
