Bahar Corbasi
- 5 cups broth
- 100 g rice
- 150 g spinach, chopped
- 50 g gruyere cheese
- 150 g fresh peas
- 12 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- Bring broth to a boil in a saucepan, add rice and peas, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add the spinach and parsley and butter or margarine and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with grated Gruyere cheese.
