Baked Salmon with Yogurt
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp Plain yogurt (unsweetened) or sour cream
- 2 tbsp each Mayonnaise, grainy mustard, heavy cream (or light cream)
- 1 pinch each Salt, pepper, sugar
- 1 tsp Mentsuyu
- Mix all ingredients for the sauce.
- Align the salmon on an oven-safe dish.
- Spoon the sauce evenly on top of the salmon.
- In a 400F/200C oven, bake for 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked and golden brown.
- Voila!
