Bulk Chorizo Sausage Filling Recipe
- 1 lrg Onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd beef, (original called for 1# beef, 1/2# pork butt)
- 2 tsp Chile pwdr
- 2 tsp Dry oregano, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Liquit warm pepper seasoning
- 5 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- Combine everything really well and let refrigerateseveral hrs or possibly overnight.
- To preparie, lightly brown over medium heat in a large skillet.
- Drain off grease.
- Use a bit in soup for flavoring, scramble with Large eggs, use as a taco filling.
