Asian Beef And Nodles

  1. Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium heat, until well-done, breaking up into 3/4 in cubes.
  2. Remove beef with slotted spoon, season with the one seasning packet from noodles.
  3. Pour off drippings.
  4. Place noodles in skillet.
  5. Add veggie mix, 2 cups of water, ginger and remaining seasoning packet, bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 min, or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Return beef into skillet, heat through.
  8. Stir in green onion.
