AMIEs GRAHAm BALLs

  1. In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, condensed milk, fresh milk and cinnamon powder and combine thoroughly.
  2. Shape into bite-size balls and roll in sprinkles.
  3. Place the coated balls into paper cups or wrap individually in colored cellophane paper, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for at least three (3) to four (4) hours before serving.
  5. Overnight is the best.
