Chicken Rolls Stuffed With Cheese & Mushrooms Recipe

  1. Heat butter and flour; stir.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, etc.
  3. Put everything together in a teflon frying pan and heat together; cold.
  4. Place chicken flat on wax paper and stuff with 1 Tbsp.
  5. or possibly more of filling and roll.
  6. Secure with toothpicks (try sealing ends too).
  7. Dip in Large eggs and then in bread crumbs.
  8. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  9. Heat frying pan with 1" Mazola oil.
  10. Place rolls in pan and fry till golden on all sides.
