Mom's Pecan Pie
- 1 pie shell (from frozen food section)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup corn syrup (light)
- 14 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Stir in sugar, butter, and corn syrup.
- Add pecans.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes; or until filling is firm and not runny.
