Druids Lamb & Potato Stew Recipe

  1. Put oil into a large heavy pot, brown the lamb then sprinkle with the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Add in the wine, caraway seeds and water to just cover the meat.
  3. Cover the pot and let simmer for 1 hour, then add in the vegetables and cover them with water.
  4. Replace the lid and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
