Honey Bun Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. raisins (optional)
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- warm milk (small amount)
- Preheat oven to 300u0b0.
- Beat cake mix, oil, sugar, eggs and sour cream together and pour into a well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans and raisins together.
- Sprinkle over top of cake batter.
- With a spoon handle, swirl topping into cake.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done.
- Combine sugar and melted margarine.
- Add enough warm milk to make a thin glaze.
- Pour over warm cake.
