Banana Salsa

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and gently toss to mix.
  2. Correct the seasonings, adding salt, lime juice, or sugar, to taste.
  3. The salsa should be a little sweet and a little sour.
  4. Best when served a couple hours after making.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
