Low Fat Hummus

  1. Chop the garlic in a food processor.
  2. Add the chickpeas, soy sauce and lemon juice and begin processing.
  3. If needed, add a tbsp of water, just enough so that the chickpeas become a smooth paste.
  4. Continue processing as you add the remaining ingredients.
  5. Put into a dish, sprinkle with extra paprika and serve.
  6. Or, for best flavour, refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
