Healthy Tofu Doria with Tofu Sauce
- 2 servings Hot cooked rice
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Green pepper
- 3 Wiener sausages
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 slice Easy melting cheese
- 1 block Silken tofu
- 1 tbsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
- Thinly slice the onion, green pepper, and Wiener sausages.
- Break the tofu into bite-sized pieces with your hands.
- Put them into a heatproof container and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Transfer into a sieve and drain lightly.
- Put the drained tofu and the seasoning ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix as you mash the tofu with a fork.
- Thinly grease a gratin dish with butter.
- Layer the ingredients in this order: rice, tofu sauce, other fillings (onion, green pepper, Wiener sausages), and cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 13 minutes until the cheese browns.
- Voila.
- There's so much sauce inside and it tastes amazing.
