Green Apple Jalebi

  1. Make a batter of refine flour it should be of coating consistency.
  2. Now take the apple.
  3. Take the core out then cut it into thin rings.
  4. Take Oliv oil or refine oil and heat it and slow the flame.
  5. Take Oliv oil or refine oil and heat it and slow the flame.
  6. On a medium heat deep fry the apple , which are deep in the batter and fried.
  7. When it turn to golden brown colour take it out and keep on a napkin, it will take the excess oil out.
  8. Now make the sugar syrup.
  9. Now make the sugar syrup.
  10. Deep the fried apple rings in the sugar syrup for 30 second and take it out.
  11. Garnish with almond flakes.
