Green Apple Jalebi
- 4 large Green Apple
- 250 grams refine flour
- 30 grams almond flakes
- 200 ml Oliv oil or refine oil
- 5 grams Asofotida
- 2 kg sugar
- 1 liter water
- 20 ml lime juice
- Make a batter of refine flour it should be of coating consistency.
- Now take the apple.
- Take the core out then cut it into thin rings.
- Take Oliv oil or refine oil and heat it and slow the flame.

- On a medium heat deep fry the apple , which are deep in the batter and fried.
- When it turn to golden brown colour take it out and keep on a napkin, it will take the excess oil out.
- Now make the sugar syrup.

- Deep the fried apple rings in the sugar syrup for 30 second and take it out.
- Garnish with almond flakes.
