Pepperoni Dip
- 3 whole Pepperoni Sticks, Deli Style, Hot Or Mild (3 Sticks Should Yield Approximately 2 Cups Chopped)
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Whipping (heavy) Cream
- Parsley Flakes
- Cut the pepperoni sticks into small pieces.
- Add pepperoni pieces to a food processor and pulse until they are completely broken down.
- Add cream cheese and pulse until combined.
- Slowly add the whipping cream and continue to mix until completely combined and smooth.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh or dried parsley flakes.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
