Sauteed Spinach and Garlic Chips

  1. To a wok or saucepan over a low flame, add oil.
  2. Oil should be cold.
  3. Add garlic.
  4. Fry garlic for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove when garlic chips are brown and place towels to drain.
  6. Add spinach, and pepper flakes.
  7. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Garnish with garlic chips.
