Addictive Chinese Style Yakisoba Noodles

  1. Heat some sesame oil in a wok or frying pan, and stir-fry the finely chopped garlic and sliced red chili pepper.
  2. When it becomes fragrant, add the pork and stir-fry.
  3. When the pork is cooked add the ingredients as well as the noodles.
  4. Stir fry while de-tangling the noodles.
  5. Taste the noodles as you cook them.
  6. When the noodles are well flavored, add the vegetables and simmer while stir-frying.
  7. Make sure not to overcook it.
  8. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Add some finely chopped red chili pepper to taste!
  10. I use these yakisoba noodles.
