Potato Bacon Cheese Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Oil 10-cup ovenproof dish.
  3. Combine potato, onion and bacon in dish; top with half the thyme.
  4. Combine cream and stock in medium bowl; season, pour over potato.
  5. Bake, uncovered, about 1 1/2 hours or until potato is tender.
  6. Serve topped with cheese and remaining thyme.
