Linguine in Mushroom Sauce
- 1 lb. Primo Linguine
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cups sliced mushroom
- 1 cup 18 % cream
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 cup parsley
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 1 pkg.
- (500g) Primo Linguine according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Cook 4 cups sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions in 2 Tbsp.
- butter in a large frypan over medium heat, for 10 minutes or until mushrooms start to soften.
- Reduce heat to medium-low.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- flour, stirring constantly.
- Add 1 cup water and cook 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Stir in 1 cup 18% cream, cook 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley and toss with cooked pasta.
