Linguine in Mushroom Sauce

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 1 pkg.
  3. (500g) Primo Linguine according to package directions.
  4. Drain.
  5. Cook 4 cups sliced mushrooms and 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions in 2 Tbsp.
  6. butter in a large frypan over medium heat, for 10 minutes or until mushrooms start to soften.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  8. Add 1 Tbsp.
  9. flour, stirring constantly.
  10. Add 1 cup water and cook 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  11. Stir in 1 cup 18% cream, cook 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  12. Add 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley and toss with cooked pasta.
