Fruit Salsa

  1. Puree the mango in a blender or food processor along with the chile and lime juice.
  2. Place the diced vegetables and fruit in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the puree.
  4. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  5. Mix in the cilantro, salt and pepper.
  6. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  7. Gently fold in the sour cream.
  8. Chill for 2 hours for the best flavor.
  9. Yield: 6-8 servings.
