Okara Mochi Pizza Bites
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 4 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Grated cheese
- 20 grams Processed cheese
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Parsley (dried)
- 1 Salt
- 1 Vegetable oil
- Spread the okara in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Once it cools down, add the katakuriko, grated cheese, salt and 100 ml of water (not listed) and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 15 equal portions and shape into balls, then flatten to make 4 cm diameter flat round shapes.
- Heat oil in a skillet and pan-fry over medium heat.
- Cook them for about 5 minutes, flip them over and squeeze some ketchup on top of each.
- Divide the cheese into 15 equal portions and lay on top of each mochi.
- Turn off the heat, cover the skillet and leave for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley.
