Shells Agli Olio

  1. In a heavy skillet, heat the oil and wine.
  2. Add the garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the spinach and saute just until it wilts.
  4. Toss the garlic spinach with hot shells and add a sprinkling of crushed red pepper.
  5. Serve with a nice Chenin Blanc or a robust Chianti.
