Upside Down Coconut Cream Pie

• 1 (4 ounce) container prepared sugar-free vanilla pudding
• 14 teaspoon coconut extract
• 1 crumbled graham cracker square
• reddi-wip fat-free whipped topping
• shredded coconut

1. Scoop pudding out of plastic container, and place in dish.
2. Mix in extract or syrup.
3. Top with crushed graham crackers and a mini handful of shredded coconut.
4. Finish with a squirt or two of FF Reddi-Wip.
