Spicy White Cheese Dip

  1. Place all ingredients in a 6 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, stirring gently every hour.
  3. Stir before serving.
  4. Serve with assorted tortilla and corn chips.
  5. Make ahead and freeze: Spoon into quart size freezer containers, and freeze for up to 1 month.
  6. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
  7. Microwave on HIGH, stirring every 60 seconds until thoroughly heated.
