Creole Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place first 6 ingredients in blender or food processor and puree.
  3. Transfer to ovenproof serving dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with parsley and paprika and serve warm.
