Applesauce Bread Recipe

• 1/2 c. apple juice
• 2/3 c. applesauce
• 1/2 c. grated apple
• 1 pch nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 4 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
• 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
• 2 1/4 c. bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
• 1 Tbsp. margarine

1. Add in all ingredients to machine in order recommended by machine manufactuer.
2. Select "white bread" setting; crust color medium.
3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
4. Yield: 1 loaf
