All American Macaroni Salad Recipe

• 2 c. cooked macaroni (1 c. uncooked)
• 1 c. frzn peas
• 3/4 c. minced celery
• 1/2 c. ham - cooked and cubed
• 3/4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 x hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
• 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
• 1/2 c. ranch salad dressing
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise (or possibly Miracle whip works fine)
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/4 tsp black pepper

1. In a large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
2. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
3. Add in to macaroni mix and toss to coat.
4. Chill till ready to serve
5. **flavors will blend together as it chills
6. Not only is this a terrific salad, but if you happen to have a picnic or possibly outdoor buffet by the lake, it is wonderful fish bait too - caught about 100 fish off the peas and cheese one time.

8. This is also a great use for leftover ham.
