Bob's Chicken Melt Sandwich
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons. spinach artichoke dip
- 2 tablespoons butter (enough to spread on each slice of bread)
- Grill the chicken breast and cook the bacon to desired crispness.
- Spread the butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On the other side of one slice of bread, spread on the dip and on the other slice of bread, place the slice of provolone cheese.
- Grill the bread and when the bread is grilled and the cheese is melted, place the chicken and the bacon on one slice and cover with the other.
- Remove from grill and slice into two.
- Serve.
