Thai Style Noodles Recipe

  1. Prepare linguine, keep hot (drain).
  2. Cut pork at an angle into 1/8 inch slices.
  3. Mix pork, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, crushed red pepper and ginger, set aside.
  4. Beat Large eggs with salt.
  5. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  6. oil in skillet, cook egg mix stirring till Large eggs are the size of peas.
  7. Spoon Large eggs into large bowl.
  8. In same skillet, heat 2 Tbsp.
  9. oil, cook onions and garlic till garlic is golden brown.
  10. Throw away garlic with slotted spoon, remove green onions to bowl with Large eggs.
  11. In remaining oil in skillet over med-high heat, cook pork mix, stirring frequently, till pork loses its pink color.
  12. Add in bean sprouts, cook till sprouts are slightly wilted.
  13. Spoon pork mix into bowl with Large eggs, toss with linguine and sprinkle with minced nuts.
  14. 8 serving.
