Chipped Beef on Toast

  1. In skillet, cook dried beef in butter 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in flour; add milk.
  3. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
  4. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  6. Serve over toast.
