Honey Mustard Baked Chicken
- 3 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey mustard, olive oil, and tomato paste.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Slather the honey mustard glaze over the chicken.
- Arrange the chicken on the prepared sheet.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until golden and the juices run clear when the chicken is pricked with a fork.
