Grammies Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 2/3 c. shortening
• 2/3 c. white sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 1/3 c. honey
• 5 1/2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon soda
• 2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon lemon

1. Mix together in large bowl.
2. Chill.
3. Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutter.
4. Bake at 375 degrees for about 5 min.
