Beef or Venison Hash
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings
- 1 large onions chopped
- 3 cups venison roast, cooked, chopped
- 2 medium potatoes cut in 16 pieces
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 3 cups beef stock
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat.
- Add flour and brown.
- Add broth and other ingredients.
- Let simmer until tender.
