Greek Pantry Pizza
- 1 whole Whole Wheat Tortilla (taco Size)
- Olive Oil For Brushing
- 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cups Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Red Onion, Thinly Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Black Olives Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons Cucumber, Diced
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F, placing a baking stone or upside down baking sheet in the oven as it heats.
- Lightly brush tortilla with olive oil.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tortilla, then place diced tomatoes evenly around the tortilla.
- Next top tortilla with red onion, black olives and feta cheese.
- Place pizza on your baking stone or sheet and bake for 5-6 minutes until browned and crispy.
- Remove from oven and top with cucumber.
- Cut into 4 slices and enjoy!
