Bread Pizza Recipe

• 2 loaves (unsliced) Italian or possibly French bread
• 1 pound deer burger
• 1 pound sausage (or possibly Italian sausage)
• 1 onion, minced
• 1/2 c. green pepper (minced)
• 1 can sliced mushrooms
• 1 quart. pizza sauce
• 1 pound shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. Cook deer burger, sausage, onion and pepper together till meat is done.
2. Drain off grease.
3. Stir in pizza sauce and mushrooms.
4. Slice each loaf of bread lengthwise in the center to make four equal slices.
5. Place the four halves, cut side up, on two cookie sheets.
6. Spoon and spread mix on top of slices.
7. Top with cheese.
8. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven 15 min.
